Data Deletion Request
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your QuickAddup account and all associated data.
⚠️ Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your business data, including sales records, inventory, invoices, and customer information will be permanently deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (name, email, phone number)
- Business profile and settings
- All sales and transaction records
- Product and inventory data
- Customer records
- Invoices and receipts
- Staff accounts associated with your business
- Reports and analytics data
- All uploaded images and documents
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes:
- Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax laws
- Anonymized usage data for service improvement
- Data required for ongoing legal proceedings or disputes
Deletion Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request:
- We will verify your identity within 1-2 business days
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Complete data deletion will occur within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Note: If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately upon account deletion. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.

To request deletion of your account and data, please email us at:
Required Information
Please include the following in your deletion request:
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- Business name (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Alternative: Delete from App
You can also request account deletion directly from the QuickAddup mobile app:
- Open the QuickAddup app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation prompts
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives before permanently deleting your account:
- Export Your Data: Download all your business data before deletion
- Pause Subscription: Cancel your subscription but keep your account
- Contact Support: We may be able to help resolve any issues you're experiencing
