By accessing and using QuickAddup ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuickAddup provides business management software that enables users to:
- Track sales and revenue
- Manage inventory and products
- Record and categorize expenses
- Create and send invoices
- Manage customer relationships
- Generate business reports and analytics
- Manage staff and permissions
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use QuickAddup, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day Pro trial. After the trial period, your account will automatically switch to the Starter (free) plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Paystack. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4.4 Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate another person or entity
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you input into QuickAddup. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
6.2 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6.3 Data Backup
We perform regular backups of all data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business information.
6.4 Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
QuickAddup and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuickAddup and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
8.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide advance notice when possible.
8.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- QuickAddup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QuickAddup harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Services
QuickAddup may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, email services). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ghana.
